- Date, model serial number of the sensor.
- Measured temperature and reading taken, in ohms.
- Calibration constants; ITS-90 coefficients. All required coefficients required to
program the Instrulab 4200 Series instruments and the Model 4312A instrument.
- Resistance vs. Temperature table in printout increments of 5° or 10° as required.
Resistance resolution of 0.001 ohms.
